A perfect evening of cheese making and wine drinking!
Executive Chef Ryan humorously guided us through the art of making homemade mozzarella. Also, he cleverly incorporated garlic, beer and bacon in fondue. It just doesn’t get better than this! Best part of the class is that you get to eat your creations and sample different varieties of wine while surrounded with art created by Jason Oliva
